Q: What is your return policy?
A: Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us. All custom baubles are final sale and all earring purchases are final sale. All other accessory products may be returned within 2 weeks from receipt of order. Please note you MUST contact us to let us know you are returning an item and the item must be received within 7 days of return notice. Buyer to pay return shipping. If your return helped your purchase qualify for free shipping, a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your order as a restocking fee.
Q: What is the length of your charm necklaces?
A: All charm necklaces are 16" long - this is a shorter necklace - if you'd like to extend to 18", we recommend you purchase a necklace extender (you can find here, on Amazon, for $4.59).
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: We do! As of Fall 2026, you can purchase any of our Signature Pencil Earrings for your store. Our wholesale accounts are for brick & mortar establishments only. Do you have a boutique and think our Baubles would fit right in? Contact us!
Q: Do you have a Brand Ambassador program?
A: We are working on it! Our program is by invite only ... if you didn't receive an invite yet but you love our products, want to tell the world, and think your social presence matches our vibe, contact us and let us know!
Q: What if I like a Signature Product but I need one tweak?
A: All requests/modifications go to our Custom Creations team - when that happens, your order is elevated to "Custom." Our Custom Creations are a little more expensive than Signature products because of the additional attention required. We LOVE all of our products, we LOVE making them, and we want you to LOVE them too! If there's something we can work on for you, just reach out to us so we can figure it out together.
